Farm for Sale in Ceres

This 34 hectare farm with ample water supply, breathtaking views over the Slanghoek Valley and Witzenberg mountains has so much to offer: Fifteen hectares of the farm are planted with well-established, meticulously maintained pear trees (Packams and Forelle), planted between 2005 and 2017, offering consistently good yields. The balance of the property consists of pristine natural veld, providing spectacular panoramic views across the mountains and valleys. Build your dream home, create additional accommodation, and, if you prefer not to farm the orchards yourself, lease the pear orchards for a steady income. The property enjoys easy, direct access from a tarred road, ensuring convenience for both farming operations and visitors. Water allocations in abundance: • Dam 1 – 125 000 m³ per annum • Dam 2 – 20 000 m³ per annum • Borehole – 25 000 m³/hour • Registered allocation of 50 000 m³ from Muishondskloof Scheme The farm currently has no existing buildings or infrastructure. This farm offers something for everyone - farmers, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, developers, or anyone looking to create a life away from the city.
